    The Applied BioSystem GeneAmp PCR System 9700 was powered on, but no further testing was conducted. When powered on the device emits a beep and the display reads “FATAL - Block shut off by hardware”. The display was visually inspected and
    appears to be in good condition. There
    are scuffs and scratches on the casing of the device from normal use. See photos for cosmetic condition.
