Vintage Peak Sport basketball blue warm up jacket 3xl Shane Battier autograph

I'm going to start by saying I don't know much about this jacket other than what I found online.  I am not the original owner.  I'll include the info I know, but if you have questions, please ask.  I took several pictures so hopefully those will be helpful.
